Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting various issues
Manage and maintain host employer data using the organization’s customer relationship management system
Conduct interviews and recruit participants on behalf of host employers
Support host employers in resolving participant in-country issues and mediating conflicts
Conduct site visits to evaluate host employers' work sites and support students
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
International study or work experience
Energetic and team-oriented demeanor
Strong multitasking abilities while managing daily project responsibilities
