About the Role Senior Controls Engineer
to design and optimize advanced automation systems across a range of projects. This is a hands‑on engineering role with exposure to robotics, PLC programming, and vision technology—ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys technical problem‑solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Design and program control systems using Allen‑Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
Configure and integrate robotic systems (Fanuc, Yaskawa, Epson, Kuka).
Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA and vision systems (Keyence, Cognex).
Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize equipment performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in controls or automation engineering.
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with robotics and vision integration.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
