Job Description As a PMO Analyst, you will support project delivery teams by ensuring effective project governance, documentation, and communication. You’ll play a key role in tracking risks and issues, maintaining project dashboards, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work across various projects and industries, helping drive successful outcomes through structured project management practices. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, gaining exposure to both agile and waterfall methodologies in a fast‑paced client‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in tracking and mitigating project risks and issues
Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, statements of work (SOWs), schedules, and change requests
Support stakeholder management through regular status updates and communications
Create and maintain project dashboards to provide visibility into project health and progress
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
Interest in learning and applying project management best practices
