Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday: Applewood
Wednesday: Applewood
Thursday: Amazon Corner
Friday: Amazon Corner
Saturday: Amazon Corner 9:00 am – 12:45 pm / Applewood 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Reports to:
Property Manager
Compensation Pack:
Competitive hourly pay $21.00–$21.00, monthly transportation allowance $200.00

Responsibilities (Operational & Financial)
Advertise and promote the property
Utilize industry‑specific software for lead management
Provide tours to prospective and current residents
Complete full‑cycle lease process with prospective residents
Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
Ensure timely collection of rent and ancillary revenue
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
Resident Experience
Engage with prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
Facilitate resident events
Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service and sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Demonstrated teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi‑task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development
Work Environment
Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone
Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds (apartments, building structure, landscaping, signage) which may require ability to climb stairs, ladders, maneuver walkways
Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
