Mid-Level Employment Associate (Plaintiff) – Wage & Hour & Class Actions
Hybrid (LA/Bay Area) or 100% Remote. Salary range: $100,000.00–$190,000.00 per year, plus performance-based bonus.

A respected national plaintiff-side class action boutique known for high-stakes employment cases and trial wins. The team files and argues matters across the U.S., and bonuses emphasize performance, leadership, mentorship, and team contribution— not origination.
Responsibilities
Serve as the linchpin on wage & hour / class & collective matters.
Draft and argue motions (including class certification), oppositions, and dispositives; prepare strong, persuasive briefs.
Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, prepare mediations, and support or handle arbitrations.
Coordinate parallel individual and class disputes, especially in California.
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate closely with partners.
Qualifications
5–7 years plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
Background in wage & hour and class/collective action (PAGA/FLSA).
Exceptional writing skills with acceptable samples (class certification or complex briefs preferred).
Proven depositions and hearing experience; arbitration exposure is helpful.
Active in good standing California Bar.
Salary & Benefits
$100,000–$190,000 per year (DOE) plus bonus.
