We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with significant experience in employment law and class action litigation to join our fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm. This role is ideal for attorneys who are passionate about advocating for workers’ rights and want to lead impactful cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA and class action claims.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $135,000–$185,000, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a docket of employment law cases from intake through resolution
Handle matters involving wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, PAGA claims, and class actions
Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment and class certification
Conduct legal research and draft complaints, discovery, and trial documents
Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
Collaborate with partners and litigation team to develop case strategies and ensure excellent client outcomes
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
3+ years of litigation experience in employment law
Demonstrated experience in class action and PAGA cases
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and handle high-volume caseloads
Strong client communication and case management skills
