Primary Job Title: Scheduling Analyst (Clean)
Alternate/Related Job Titles: Clean Products Scheduling Analyst; Supply Chain Analyst – Refined Products; SAP S4 Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX (Houston HQ)
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid (Onsite 5 days per week during training; 4 days onsite after training completion)
Contract Details: Position Type: Contract; Contract Duration: 12.5 months (approx. 54 weeks); Start: As Soon As Possible; Shift / Hours: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Job Summary The
Scheduling Analyst (Clean)
plays a vital role in supporting
Clean Products Trading and Supply
operations through accurate transaction verification, inventory monitoring, and issue resolution within
SAP S4 . The role ensures all movements are properly reflected in accounting systems, reconciles discrepancies, and collaborates with schedulers, traders, and support teams to maintain data integrity and streamline scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and monitor all transactions related to
Clean Products Trading and Supply
in SAP S4 in compliance with accounting standards.
Run and analyze
inventory build/draw reports
on a regular basis.
Collaborate with
offshore managed service providers , schedulers, and traders to ensure positions and trades are accurately captured in accounting records.
Review and resolve complex
Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW)
requests escalated from Back Office and Volumetric Accounting.
Act as backup reviewer for
DEW
when primary schedulers are unavailable.
Work with
Trade Support
to troubleshoot and resolve issues with system nominations and inventory impacts.
Prepare and present
reconciliation reports and variance summaries
for management review.
Track recurring discrepancies, communicate trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Identify and implement
process improvements
to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
Provide hands-on support during critical periods such as
month-end close .
Required Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–10 years
of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Strong computer proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Outlook .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running
financial and inventory reports in SAP S4 .
2+ years
of experience as a scheduler in the
oil and gas industry .
Excellent written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities across departments.
Self-motivated and effective team player with a
customer-service mindset .
Proven ability to perform in
fast-paced, deadline-driven environments .
Required Skills
ERP systems (SAP S4) expertise.
Financial reporting and reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Oil and gas industry experience.
Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) familiarity.
Process improvement and workflow optimization.
Additional Skills

Report preparation and reconciliation tracking.
