General Manager – Pyramid Global Hospitality
Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, San Bernardino County, CA – Nestled high atop the majestic San Bernardino Mountains, the resort offers guests exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead and a variety of outdoor activities. We are seeking a dynamic leader to champion our guest‑centric experience and drive operational excellence. Compensation
Base pay range: $185,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr (actual compensation based on qualifications and experience). Location
Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, San Bernardino County, CA Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive resort growth and profitability. Lead a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering collaboration and strong performance. Oversee all operational departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, banquets, recreation, spa, etc.) to ensure efficient daily operations. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Manage the resort’s budget, allocate resources, analyze variances, and execute corrective actions. Drive revenue generation through strategic pricing, upselling, and innovative offerings. Ensure compliance with local and national hospitality regulations and maintain health & safety standards. Oversee capital projects, renovations, and sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact. Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of hospitality experience with progressive leadership roles at a hotel or resort, preferably in luxury or high‑volume settings. Proven record as a hands‑on, successful General Manager or Managing Director. Strong acumen in resort preventive maintenance and facilities management. Experience with extensive hotel or resort renovations preferred. College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism Management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
