We’re supporting an international manufacturer of dental products in their search for an experienced Sales Director, EMEA. This is an opportunity to join a recognised brand with strong customer relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As Sales Director, you’ll lead a diverse regional sales organisation, throughout EMEA. You’ll shape the commercial strategy, guide regional managers, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and dealer networks to deliver sustained success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the EMEA sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring strong performance.
Manage and expand distributor and dealer relationships, identifying opportunities in under‑represented markets.
Collaborate with Marketing and senior leadership to build regional strategies and launch new products.
Strengthen engagement with universities, hospitals, and KOLs to enhance education and brand presence.
Oversee exhibitions, training events, and promotional initiatives to increase market visibility.
Analyse market trends, monitor performance, and report on regional sales activity.
About You
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience within the dental industry.
Proven record of delivering growth across multiple international markets.
Strong understanding of dealer and distributor networks within EMEA.
Fluent in English and German; additional European languages an advantage.
Based in the DACH region, with willingness to travel up to 50%.
A collaborative, driven, and strategic leader with excellent communication skills.
