Account Executive

to lead new business development across the DACH region.

The Role As Account Executive, you will be a key player in driving new name revenue in DACH markets. You’ll work closely with regional leadership to define go‑to‑market strategies, penetrate new verticals, and deliver high‑value SaaS solutions that go far beyond traditional technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans with senior management to grow pipeline and close deals

Engage with C‑level stakeholders to build trusted, consultative relationships

Communicate value propositions tailored to specific industry challenges

Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers

Collaborate internally to ensure delivery of tailored customer solutions

Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting aligned with revenue goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of enterprise‑level SaaS sales experience (SCM, ERP, BI)

Proven track record of winning net new business in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments

Industry expertise in manufacturing‑driven sectors (e.g., High Tech, Pharma, Industrial, Automotive)

Strong consultative selling background focused on ROI/value‑driven engagements

Confident presenter with strong executive presence and excellent communication skills

Self‑starter, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Willingness to travel as needed across the EMEA region

Location This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in Germany.
