We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to help scale Puntt into the default marketing compliance engine for global brands. You’ll be our first sales hire and report directly to the founders. That means full ownership across outbound, discovery, closing, and expansion.
You’ll work closely with product and customer success to turn pilots into long-term contracts and help build the systems that drive revenue. This isn’t a role where leads are handed off. You’ll shape the pitch, define the motion, and help write the playbook.

What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise customers with a focus on CPG brands and their marketing and legal teams Turn pilots into long-term contracts with support from product and success Customize demos and conversations to reflect real workflows and measurable ROI Test outbound campaigns, write messaging, and iterate fast Collaborate with the founders to build the sales playbook and go-to-market strategy Represent Puntt at key customer meetings and targeted industry events
Must Have… Done something impressive, whether that’s closing tough deals, building something from scratch, or leading under pressure Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a full-cycle AE role Early-stage startup or high-growth startup experience for at least 2 years Know how to sell outcomes, not just features Thrive in ambiguity and take ownership without waiting for direction Are resourceful, direct, and learn fast
Bonus Experience in law (JD or paralegal), CPG, or business school Experience selling to marketing, legal, or compliance teams Closed $50K to $200K+ ACV deals with multiple stakeholders Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms

Compensation Total OTE: $160,000 USD - Uncapped Commission structure Benefits: Health benefits, PTO, and wellness stipend Open to candidates in other cities, but new hires will be expected to self relocate upon hiring. In office expectations: 3x a week from our new San Francisco Office
