Must Haves

5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, entertainment, or financial services

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM integration, SQL, and AmScript

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, SEO, UTM tracking, and paid social

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance best practices

Analytical mindset with a track record of performance-based optimization

Preferred Experience

Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience with music royalties, creator platforms, or referral programs

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Power BI, and advanced SQL scripting

What You’ll Do

Email & CRM Campaigns

Build and refine automated email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Leverage CRM data for segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing. Use A/B testing and analytics to boost engagement and conversions.

Paid Campaign Management

Manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube. Implement tracking strategies (UTMs, pixels, tags) and integrate with Salesforce and WordPress. Optimize funnels and remarketing efforts to drive qualified leads.

Website & SEO

Oversee WordPress site performance and user experience. Execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

Own GA4, Tag Manager, and dashboard reporting. Monitor campaign performance, ensure data accuracy, and align KPIs with business goals. Identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks.

Compliance & Privacy

Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
