You will inherit momentum, add structure, and scale across core nutraceutical strengths and into functional foods, beauty & cosmetics, pet, and beverages. Unite BD and Marketing so every campaign serves a target account and every meeting advances a deal.
Build and manage a robust, data‑driven pipeline with account‑level rigor and clear conversion metrics to drive sustainable business growth.
Expand our category footprint and deepen ties with supplement brands, CPG companies, and R&D translating science into commercial wins.
What You Will Lead
Own the growth engine through pipeline creation, progression, and conversion with predictable forecasting and quarterly cadence.
Partner with Global Marketing to elevate their branded ingredients portfolio and move deals forward through account‑based marketing.
In the first 12 months expand into functional foods, beauty, cosmetics, pet, and beverages while growing the core Nutra portfolio.
Champion customer advocacy, balancing customer needs and company value on quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Strengthen the operating rhythm through CRM discipline, build Power BI visibility, and partner closely with SAP and commercial operations.
Lead and grow a 3‑to‑6 person Americas team across the US, Canada, and Central America, fostering a collaborative, cross‑cultural team culture.
What You Bring
14 to 18 years of experience in nutraceutical ingredients or CDMO with enterprise‑level dealmaking.
Proven GTM integrator who has run BD and Marketing in one operating rhythm.
Hands‑on player‑coach leadership with comfort creating and reshaping roles as the business scales.
Cross‑cultural fluency across the Americas and Asia with high EQ and empathy.
Data literate with CRM discipline, Power BI insights, forecasting expertise, and working knowledge of SAP.
STEM or Science background preferred; MBA is a plus.
