– American Red Cross – Missouri & Arkansas Region (MOAR) Responsibilities
Lead a team of professional fundraisers to strengthen and grow the region’s donor base, meeting the assigned financial target. Manage a portfolio of high‑level corporate donors and prospects, achieving the annual revenue target, including renewable gifts and new incremental revenue. Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage performance of staff and volunteers, ensuring fundraising results and meeting national/regional metrics. Serve as a senior regional leader, proactively driving the implementation of strategic decisions and ensuring all reporting requirements related to fundraising and donor records in Salesforce are met. Develop and implement a revenue growth plan for donors at the $5,000+ level, including engagement and growth of Corporate Giving Tiers such as R365 and ADGP. Collaborate with national headquarters development team members to maximize fundraising opportunities and implement policies and procedures. Lead and execute disaster relief fundraising efforts as appropriate. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly desirable. Minimum 7 years of sales/fundraising experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 5 years of management experience required; management experience cannot be substituted. Current valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Ability to relate well and work effectively with multiple constituencies and audiences. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. Knowledge of office systems (MS Office) preferred and fundraising database systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce.com). Must live in metro St. Louis and will require frequent travel within the Region; occasional travel within the Division may be required. Benefits
