Overview Join EōS Fitness as a
General Manager
to lead a full‑service gym, drive sales, and cultivate an energetic culture that motivates members to achieve their fitness goals.
Position Purpose Develop a high‑performance team that delivers exceptional customer experience and meets business objectives.

Responsibilities
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures, ensuring clarity of roles.
Set and achieve membership and revenue targets, track KPIs, and implement retention and acquisition strategies.
Provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance performance.
Ensure high‑quality customer service, resolving member inquiries and complaints promptly.
Engage members in a friendly, approachable manner, listening to their needs.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, certifications, and facility cleanliness.
Coordinate emergency response, keeping staff and members safe.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
3–4 years of customer service experience.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
Detail orientation and effective time‑management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Passion for fitness and alignment with our Core Values.
Requirements
Successfully pass a background check.
CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work in a gym setting, lift >40 lbs., and operate company computer systems.
Salary $58,656 – $105,000 USD per year.
