Location: Las Vegas, NV
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the General Manager will lead a team of fitness professionals to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase retention and new sign‑ups.
Provide constructive performance feedback using specific, actionable language.
Ensure high‑quality customer service by resolving member concerns and inquiries promptly.
Engage members in a friendly manner, actively listening to their needs.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, certifications, and safety protocols.
Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
3–4 years of customer service experience.
Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, systematic problem‑solving, time‑management, and record‑keeping ability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check.
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
Ability to use the company computer system for documents, data entry, and reading reports.
Ability to bend routinely and repetitively and lift more than 40 lbs.
Salary Pay Range $58,656 – $105,000 USD
