Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
LHH is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant in Atlanta, GA for a wonderful financial corporation. This EA will provide dedicated support to two C‑Suite Executives. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is interested in project management, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within a dynamic and mission‑driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and manage appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and ensure follow‑up on key action items.
Communication & Correspondence: Serve as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, manage, and organize communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Event & Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate corporate events and meetings, including logistics for company‑wide gatherings. Arrange complex domestic and international travel for the CEO and Board Members, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Document & Report Preparation: Create and format internal reports, presentations, and board materials. Maintain organized and secure filing systems for sensitive documents.
Project Management Support: Assist with and manage special projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed. Opportunity to take on greater project ownership over time.
Office & Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties including supply management, document organization, and support for other departments as needed.
Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and integrity.
Other duties as assigned
Travel Expectations:
10–25% domestic and international travel may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment—manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Skills & Interests
Interest in project management and growing into roles with increased responsibility.
Experience supporting C‑level executives and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
Eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment and company culture.
