The New Home Consultant at Lennar is responsible for managing the new‑home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a "tickled, delighted and happy" customer. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.

Your Role on the Team
Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home‑buying needs, using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
Provide consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact to post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
Complete training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Your Toolbox > High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license preferred.
1–2 years of experience in homebuilding real‑estate sales preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools.
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements Regular in‑person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. This active position involves office, phone work, and walking in all weather conditions on uneven surfaces within homesites. A valid state driver’s license is required to take customers throughout the neighborhood, visit realtor offices, and attend meetings. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
