People Department Manager: hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and engaging employees through motivation and recognition.
Service Department Manager: delivering memorable customer experience, executing promotions, training service staff, and organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service.
