Publicis Groupe seeks a talented individual to join its bespoke agency and partner with iconic brands in Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition. This unique role supports the client’s marketing transformation journey through the Power of One model, integrating media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce into end‑to‑end PESO experiences.

Overview

The role designs, builds, and delivers advanced data science and marketing science solutions in Publicis’s CoreAI platform to support global media engagement with Mars, Inc. It drives technical innovation and the delivery of advanced analytic solutions in connected measurement, forecasting, experimental design, and multimedia optimization.

Thought Leadership & Industry Innovation

Partner with CoreAI leadership and account strategists to translate complex challenges—such as brand growth, media efficiency, and sales forecasting—into actionable marketing science and data solutions.

Design global measurement strategies and frameworks that empower teams, regions, and partners to make smarter, data‑driven decisions.

Evaluate and enhance Publicis’ marketing science capabilities across micro‑segmentation, predictive signals, dynamic creative, and performance reporting.

Develop a Capabilities Roadmap that ensures Publicis remains a leader in marketing science innovation.

Foster a culture of experimentation and learning to continuously improve outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops to define objectives and KPIs.

Solution Development & Innovation

Advance CoreAI products with new predictive analytics, AI‑driven reporting, and cross‑media optimization approaches.

Develop innovative analytic solutions that apply connected data networks, advanced modeling techniques, and industry guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure successful implementation.

Marketing Science & Advanced Modeling

Lead a team applying machine learning and AI techniques (clustering, neural networks, time series forecasting, optimization) to build impactful marketing science products.

Work with structured and unstructured data—customer behaviors, CRM engagement, sales, and content performance—to generate actionable insights.

Partner with data science peers to create AI‑powered dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Datorama.

Leverage programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and frameworks (TensorFlow, scikit‑learn) for advanced modeling.

Project Execution & Oversight

Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with CoreAI and client objectives.

Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and strategists to drive seamless delivery.

Present insights in a clear, actionable way for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Continuously monitor and refine models to ensure accuracy and business impact.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing & media analytics with a major marketing & advertising network or similar client‑side role.

Proven experience in client‑facing roles and delivering advanced analytics to clients.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Practical knowledge of statistical modeling & predictive analytic techniques for marketing & media (e.g., MMM, multi‑touch attribution, DCO, segmentation, media planning).

Experience with systematic test design & improvement (full & fractional factorials, Monte Carlo simulations, risk‑based testing).

Programming experience in Python/R/SQL/SAS/Dataiku, along with data modeling frameworks (hierarchical & network models, OLAP design, predictive & time‑series modeling, knowledge graphs).

Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Datorama, Power BI.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

Strong communication and presentation skills, engaging clients and stakeholders effectively.

Fosters collaboration and a learning culture rooted in innovation.

Compensation Range: $163,210.00 – $256,910.00 annually. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range. Application deadline: 12/17/2025.
