Opportunity Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and its bespoke agency for a globally recognised company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across its network worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future‑proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end‑to‑end PESO experiences.

Overview The Manager, Marketing & Data Science is tasked with developing, and delivering advanced ML/AI‑based products and analytic solutions integrated into the Publicis CoreAI to support the agency’s global media engagement relationship with Mars, Inc. (“Mars”). This role will be a critical driver of technical and effective delivery of advanced analytic solutions – specifically in the areas of connected measurement, outcomes/KPI forecasting, experimental designs at the strategic segments and geo levels, and optimisation across all brand & performance media investments.

We seek an experienced marketing/data science practitioner who has applied their technical expertise to innovative data engineering and ML/AI modelling problems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, hands‑on modelling, data engineering, and CPG business experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ML/AI‑based data products and analytic solutions that become essential blocks of the Publicis CoreAI workflows directly supporting the OneMars Measurement and Optimisation roadmap.

Audit/assess current data science capabilities and offerings to support media & marketing planning and operations functions, working with technology and product engineering peers.

Operate in a constant growth‑hacking mode to enhance the suite of AI‑based analytic data products.

Develop Proof‑of‑Concepts to evaluate new tools.

Collaborate with product partners to translate needs into AI/ML solutions for Publicis CoreAI.

Develop high‑quality code in various programming languages and frameworks, adopting new paradigms where they deliver significant benefit.

Model across multiple data domains & platforms, ensuring elastic scaling and highly available analytic systems.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – product strategists, data & technology engineers, business analysts – to deliver innovative AI/ML features and services.

Ensure project adherence to quality standards, timelines and budgets.

Stay current with trends, technologies and standard methodologies in the data science field.

Support internal knowledge‑sharing and training programs, and contribute to case studies and white papers.

Help improve the organisation’s standards in the technical area.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and advanced analytics.

Developed AI/ML analytic solutions in a fast‑moving, innovation‑focused environment across e‑commerce/retail, entertainment/media/travel, advertising platforms/services (e.g., Google, Amazon).

Demonstrable history of hands‑on coding that showcases technical prowess.

Mastery of multiple programming languages and development tools, with experience building products used by other developers.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with agile and other progressive development methodologies.

Education

Advanced degrees (M.Sc./PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field preferred.

Certifications in analytics or data science (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Certified Analytics Professional) preferred.

Compensation Range: $87,210.00 – $137,195.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
