Job Title
Retrofit Interiors Engineer – 1 year contract for a leading client in DFW, TX area.
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, United States – near DFW airport
Type: Contract
Pay: $49.00/hr – $52.73/hr (max per hour on W2 – client can work on W2 only)
Length: 1 year (project need) (ends 12/31/26)
Screenings: full panel drug and background once hired
Timeline: closes for submittals end of week 11/6, interview expected the following week or two

Must Haves
Cabin electrical experience is required
BS is Engineering (required, not Engineering Technology and not Engineering Management), Electrical Engineering preferred.
10 or more years of experience (may have flex with 6+ for right candidate) in aircraft In-Flight Entertainment, WiFi, or aircraft cabin electrical systems.
Experience with airline processes and procedures
Must have good interpersonal skills, work well with others in a group, and be self‑motivated and able to prioritize workload and multiple high‑priority items.

Support cabin electrical, IFE, and WIFI systems repair and alterations via EO or EA.
Work with other engineering teams to create or revise task cards, AMM, IPC, AWDM, and CMMs for cabin electrical systems.
Investigate and develop fixes for reliability items on cabin electrical systems.
Work with suppliers and OEMs to develop alterations to existing systems, including possible removal and replacement of a system or component to support ongoing efforts.
Support line operations by reviewing daily out‑of‑service aircraft or degraded systems and provide technical support.
