FOREMAN TOOL & MOLD CORP is hiring: Lay Out Technician in St. Charles

Foreman Tool & Mold Corp is seeking an experienced Layout Technician with 3+ years of experience to work in our plastics manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Use all measuring tools
• Maintain condition of CMM and other instrumentation, keep records of certifications
• Use OGP Smart Scope
• Use Zeiss Calypso Software (plus)
• Complete dimensional layouts for PPAP submission

Qualifications

• GD&T
• Quality inspection experience
• Statistical process control (SPC)
• 5 Why (root cause analysis)
• ISO 9001 certification experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Injection molding experience
• PPAP process experience

Machines & Technologies You'll Use

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss)

Pay

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $32.00/hr. Pay will be based on experience.
