Pay Range: $14-$19 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to follow technical instructions, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) according to production specifications
• Load raw materials and ensure correct tooling is in place
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
