The Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Recruiting who combines operational excellence with empathy‑driven leadership. This role is equal parts strategy, systems, and soul — overseeing recruiting and compensation programs that make Allia Health an extraordinary place to work. You’ll be the steady hand guiding our people infrastructure — ensuring that every policy, system, and process reflects not just what we do, but who we are.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for clinical, corporate, and operations roles — from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead a team of five full‑time and contract recruiters.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, build diverse pipelines, and deliver an inclusive, positive candidate experience.
• Manage and optimize ADP Workforce Now recruitment feature.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment on compensation frameworks and headcount planning.
• Track and analyze recruitment and compensation metrics to inform decision‑making and identify opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR or People Operations experience, including at least 3 years managing full‑cycle recruiting.
• Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (implementation, reporting, workflows, and compliance).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing organization.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industries.
• PHR or SHRM‑CP certification.
• Proven success scaling HR systems and processes for multi‑site organizations.
