Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the cluster’s Customer Service team, fostering a culture of performance, development, and engagement.
- Implement and oversee customer experience standards while coaching and developing talent within the Customer Services team.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer services or logistics in an international environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in people management.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
