About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Customer Success Management to lead the strategic and operational efforts in ensuring the success and satisfaction of its largest and most influential school systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a scalable customer success strategy, owning the end-to-end customer journey, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer success, sales, or account management, particularly in the SaaS or EdTech sectors. The SVP will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing global success team, fostering a customer-first culture, and developing proactive programs to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Customer Success Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in a relevant leadership role. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of K-12 district buying cycles, proven experience in driving customer retention at the enterprise level, and excellent analytical, communication, and executive relationship skills.
