As the ideal candidate, you will bring a proven record of leadership in corporate communications, public relations, and related areas, particularly within a global, publicly traded environment. Your role will be vital in driving awareness about our company's purpose and contributions while ensuring consistent and creative communication with diverse audiences. You will oversee crisis management protocols, act as the primary spokesperson, and ensure that our crisis management plans meet world-class standards. To be considered, candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in corporate communications, including a minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles. A strong track record in executive communications, media relations, and employee engagement is essential, coupled with the ability to influence at the highest echelons. Strong leadership qualities, team development abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with a Master's degree being preferred.
