Immigration Paralegal – The Nemecek Firm is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual who is looking for a career as a paralegal. This is not a remote position. In order to qualify for the position, a candidate must be willing to work at our office in Columbus, Ohio. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a bachelors degree. Fluency in English at a native level is also required. The paralegal will assist attorney(s) in the preparation and filing of immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and a strong passion for helping immigrants. Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus. Responsibilities
Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain documents. Reviewing documents from clients. Drafting forms and legal documents for attorney review. Tracking tasks and managing deadlines. Learning and understanding immigration processes. Qualifications
Bachelors degree + at least 1 year of office experience is preferred. Fluency in English at a native level. Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus. Strong writing and organization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 per year Benefits
