Responsibilities
Perform legal research.
Gather and analyze documents.
Prepare and file state registration documents.
Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling and preparation.
Prepare and file SEC documents.
Manage a substantial caseload.
Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors.
Draft documents, correspondence, and summaries.
Prepare deposition and trial exhibits.
Qualifications
3 years’ experience in litigation or the securities industry required.
Securities arbitration/litigation experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state securities law, SEC and FINRA.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with document management systems is desirable.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
A minimum of a 4-year college degree or relevant work equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA & HSA, 401(k) with firm contribution, life insurance, travel coverage, STD and LTD, and generous paid time off.
