Overview
Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Legal Assistant to support Principals and Associates in the Securities & Litigation practice group in Florida. Hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. Base pay range : $72,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Organizing case files and documents. Case tracking and calendaring. Interacting with firm personnel and outside counsel. Supporting other projects as needed. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education
Minimum of 5 years’ current legal assistant experience in commercial litigation and court practice is essential. Familiarity with document management systems is preferable. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
