A top National Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in their Orlando office. The Paralegal supports the Litigation practice group and helps boost attorney efficiency by managing information and aiding in the delivery of legal services, including client interactions. This role requires a proactive attitude to ensure tasks are completed on time, exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will track and record their own billable time.
Minimum of three years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
E-Discovery, cite-checking experience, and knowledge of applicable platforms/software highly preferred.
5 days in the office required. Salary up to $85,000.

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable State and Federal rules for filing with court
Assist with document retrieval, reviews, and organization of voluminous production
Assist with document productions
Maintain case pleadings, correspondence, and discovery for large volume cases
Maintain and use document, transcript, and work product databases
Prepare for depositions, i.e., prep binders, exhibits, and all other discovery related tasks
Work with supervising attorney to organize and prepare exhibit lists and/or privilege logs
Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors, including adherence to strict deadlines
Coordinate and assist with trial preparations, i.e., exhibits, witness binders, and demonstratives
Familiarity with court rules and procedures for your state
Assist with case docketing, including court and discovery deadlines
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys
Other duties as assigned
