Key Responsibilities
Manage
probate and trust administration
from start to finish
Prepare
estate planning documents
(Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives)
Draft probate filings (Petitions, Motions, Inventories, Accountings)
Handle
tax-related filings
and trust accountings
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with Florida probate procedures
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of
Florida estate and trust law
Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of data
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and legal document management software
Paralegal Certificate or relevant degree preferred

$65,000–100,000 (based on experience)
