Overview A leading Top 50 Am Law firm with a nationally recognized real estate practice is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join its New York team. The firm advises major institutional investors, developers, and lenders on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on sophisticated, high-value matters alongside some of the most experienced attorneys in the field.

Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports; prepare summaries and identify key issues.

Draft and manage title and survey-related documents, including objection letters, estoppels, easements, and releases.

Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants to resolve diligence matters and negotiate coverage.

Oversee UCC, bankruptcy, and litigation searches, and prepare diligence summaries and post-closing deliverables.

Support all stages of real estate transactions—from due diligence through closing—and mentor junior paralegals as needed.

What They’re Looking For

10+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, ideally within a Top 50 Am Law firm or comparable practice.

Proven expertise in title, survey, zoning, and financing documentation for complex transactions.

Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively.

Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
