Medical Spa Coordinator (Front Desk) – Cary, NC
Aesthetic Partners is looking for a full‑time Medspa Coordinator to join our Synergy Face + Body team. We offer a dynamic workplace where you will serve as a brand ambassador, oversee daily operations, and educate clients on our treatment options. Compensation starts at $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, by phone, and via text/email
Educate clients about Synergy’s services, products, and treatment options
Create a positive, fast‑paced work environment
Oversee daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience
Answer and screen phone calls, schedule appointments, and take messages
Respond to office voicemail, email inquiries, and text messages throughout the day
Accurately check clients in/out and schedule follow‑up visits
Use Millennium software for intelligent booking
Prepare proper medical documents for patients through EMR
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of spa areas, including the relaxation areas, lobby, front desk, and back‑of‑house
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years of end‑customer service experience
At least 1 year of medical aesthetics experience
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player with excellent communication skills
Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
