Sanctuary is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, passionate about beauty and wellness, and ready to serve as a brand ambassador for Sanctuary. The Front Desk oversees daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience and educates clients on Sanctuary’s treatment options and products. Responsibilities
Consistently provide excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone, and through text/email inquiries Educate clients on Sanctuary’s services, products, and treatment options Exude a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced med spa Oversee daily schedule to ensure a seamless client experience Answer and screen phone calls, schedule appointments, take messages, and ensure prompt delivery to proper staff members Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries, and text messages throughout the day Accurately check clients in/out and schedule all follow-up visits Use Intelligent booking system (Millennium software) Prepare proper medical documents for patients through EMR Stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues Maintain cleanliness and appearance of spa, including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk, and back of house Qualifications and Skills
2 years of high-end customer service experience 1 year of medical aesthetics experience Previous experience in a dermatology office setting Positive attitude Team player with strong work ethic Impeccable personal appearance Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings, and/or holidays Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements Sanctuary is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in a diverse environment.
