Litigation Paralegal/Evictions
Boutique Law Firm in Boca Raton has an opening for a full-time, experienced Evictions/Litigation Paralegal to join its growing real estate and landlord-tenant practice.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience handling residential and commercial eviction matters under
Florida Statute Chapter 83 , with a strong background in litigation support, e‑filing, and case management. This position offers a professional environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly respected legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents through the
Florida Courts E‑Filing Portal
Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings, mediations, and trials
Communicate with clients, property managers, opposing counsel, and court staff
Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
Prepare judgment packets and coordinate post‑judgment enforcement (including writs of possession)
Maintain organized case files and support efficient workflow across the litigation team
Qualifications
3+ years of experience
as a litigation or eviction paralegal in a Florida law firm
Thorough knowledge of
Florida landlord‑tenant law
and eviction procedures
Proficiency with the
Florida E‑Filing Portal , court docket systems, and
Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced practice
Paralegal Certificate or degree preferred;
Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP)
a plus
Compensation Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
