Litigation Paralegal – Downtown Tampa (Temp-to-Hire) Take the next step in your litigation career with a temp-to-hire paralegal opportunity offering excellent growth potential and top-tier benefits with a prestigious national law firm. The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on-site in their Tampa office. The position is on-site; after 90 days, a hybrid schedule may be available. Position Highlights

Analyze and summarize records received through discovery or subpoenas Draft and issue subpoenas; track and follow up on responses Coordinate with experts and gather provider records, radiology reports, and related materials Maintain organized, up-to-date case files Perform e‑filing and related court procedures Enter and track billable time accurately Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Solid understanding of e‑filing and standard filing procedures Familiarity with iManage and iTimekeep preferred (training provided) Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and able to work independently The firm is currently reviewing resumes.
