Position DH Pace Company, Inc. is growing and seeks Customer Support Representatives to join our Contact Center in Olathe, KS. We are looking for customer-focused candidates who provide exceptional support to residential and commercial customers, accurately process service and installation tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and concerns. Shift & Location Part-time and full-time roles available. Flexible scheduling with shifts Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 6:00am–10:00pm. On-site location: Olathe, Kansas. Position overview

Schedule and create accurate and complete service tickets for residential and commercial customers. Promote products and services, quoting accurate pricing when appropriate. Handle customer concerns, provide solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution. Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups as needed. Coordinate with Dispatch teams to prioritize and fulfill customer requests. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system. Meet personal/team critical KPIs. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes. Ability to work overtime or additional hours as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in customer service or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Excellent organization, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules. Benefits
