This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Epic builds software that saves lives and supports healthcare organizations across the United States and abroad. As Project Manager, you will lead software installations, coordinate end‑user training, and ensure successful go‑lives for hospitals and health systems.
You will travel across the US (and abroad if interested) and present to hospital leadership. You will work autonomously, with full support, while no software experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Implement projects that deliver software to patients, drive impactful initiatives, and improve patient care.
Coordinate project activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams.
Present project status and outcomes to hospital leadership and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to end users during go‑live.
Maintain strong relationships with Epic customers and partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with a typical month including 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
