We’re seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our McDonald’s franchise restaurant in
Pismo Beach, CA . The role includes leading a team, ensuring quality service, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers.
Ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
Monitor performance and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Plan for each shift and meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Handle safety, security, profitability, scheduling and training.
Assist departments in meeting their goals.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience; preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
Passion for fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
