Capital Markets Associate
to join its Corporate Practice in Miami. The firm is known for advising high-profile clients across industries and offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative environment. Role Overview The successful candidate will advise on sophisticated U.S. and cross-border securities transactions, including IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, SPACs, REITs, PIPEs, and Regulation S offerings. This role offers direct client contact and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility within a busy and growing practice. Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing due diligence teams on complex capital markets matters Advising issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on securities offerings Handling general corporate and governance work alongside capital markets matters Collaborating across practice groups and mentoring junior associates Qualifications
2–6 years of significant experience in capital markets transactions JD with strong academic credentials Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation
