Overview
The East Bay Community Foundation (EBCF) is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to provide strategic administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Executive Administrator will partner closely with senior leadership to manage complex schedules, prepare high-level communications, coordinate Board of Directors activities, and drive cross-departmental projects that advance the foundation’s mission. The role serves as a key liaison between leadership, staff, Board members, donors, and community partners, ensuring seamless communication, effective workflows, and alignment with organizational priorities. Responsibilities
Manage complex schedules for the COO and CFO and coordinate calendars across departments. Prepare high-level communications, briefs, and documentation for senior leadership. Coordinate Board of Directors activities, meetings, and governance-related tasks. Drive cross-departmental projects that advance the foundation’s mission. Serve as a key liaison between leadership, staff, Board members, donors, and community partners to ensure clear communication and alignment with priorities. Qualifications
Experienced administrative professional with strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Familiarity with executive-level support, operations, finance, and governance processes is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. To Apply
