Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them on program offerings
Navigate multiple platforms to provide tech support and status updates
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Access and utilize personal performance data in real-time
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
Proven ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
No attendance or punctuality concerns
A proactive “How can I help you?” attitude
