Provide customer support focused on energy efficiency through inbound calls
Assist customers with program enrollment, visit scheduling, and tech support
Navigate multiple platforms and support scripts to deliver a range of services
Manage chat and email interactions with utility customers as needed
Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
No attendance or punctuality issues
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or sales-oriented customer service environment
Strong ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously while providing customer support
A proactive "How can I help you?" attitude
