Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role

Ability to type 35+ words per minute

No attendance or punctuality issues

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a call center or sales-oriented customer service environment

Strong ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously while providing customer support

A proactive "How can I help you?" attitude
