Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support regarding energy efficiency programs and services
Schedule visits and enroll customers in various utility programs
Educate customers on program offerings and assist with technical inquiries
Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email as needed
Monitor personal performance data and progress in real time
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
No attendance or punctuality issues
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment, especially in inbound/outbound sales
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on sales satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
