Position Summary:
As a member of the produce team, you’ll help ensure fresh, high‑quality fruits and vegetables for our members. You will be on the front lines of customer service, greeting and assisting members, helping keep the area clean, and driving the quality of the products that members eat. Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and club, model high quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying them in business processes.
Complete work assignments, collaborate with staff, prioritize tasks, and recommend improvements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all required trainings within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
