Maintain organized financial and HR systems while improving processes. Serve as the primary contact for financial and payroll inquiries. Leverage tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting. Qualifications

Expertise in AP/AR processes, payroll, and HR administration. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Law firm experience or familiarity is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
