Business Operations Director Our small non-profit client is seeking a strong leader with financial management experience for their Business Operations Director role. You’ll be responsible for all financial and administrative operations for a mission-driven organization in the Concord, NH community. Responsibilities of the Business Operations Director Prepare and analyze financial reporting Maintain general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets Prepare for internal and external audits Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and employee relations Oversee IT needs for the organization Ensure regulatory compliance Other tasks and projects as required Qualifications of the Business Operations Director Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Public Administration 5 years of financial management experience Full knowledge of payroll laws and procedures HR and IT experience a plus Familiarity with non-profit environments, fund accounting, affordable housing, and/or behavioral health populations is desired Computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, QuickBooks Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills Ability to prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment Please share your resume in confidence for this Business Operations Director opportunity.
