Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2 or 3) - R10194227
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) or Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) for the Allegany Ballistics Laboratory site in Rocket Center, WV (near Cumberland, MD).
Overview The role supports program cost and schedule management, delivering accurate financial forecasts, cost performance reporting, and EVMS-related activities to support DoD and U.S. allies programs.
Responsibilities
Prepare Estimate at Completion in support of corporate requirements
Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue and cash
Manage day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
Collaborate with the program team and participate in required program meetings
Support Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint
Support customer required reporting requirements
Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; a Master’s degree with 1 year; or a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Principal level 3 requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years; Master’s with 3 years; or HS diploma with 9 years.
Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration or Accounting preferred
Analytical skills, presentation skills, and strong organizational/time management
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Experience with Deltek/Costpoint
Advanced Excel skills

Work schedule: 9/80. Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800 - $95,800. Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700 - $118,100. Salary offers depend on experience and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
